Who We Are

COG Empowers You Disability Services is a beacon of support and empowerment for individuals with disabilities. Our mission is to facilitate social engagement, community interaction, and skill development while fostering confidence and independence towards achieving personal goals. We support and train people with a disability to focus on building social and community interaction and skills and a sense of confidence and independence towards achieving their goals.

We are a business activity run by Friends of COG Melbourne Inc., a registered charitable organisation that advances culture, education and social or public welfare.  Friends of COG stages musicals, conducts drama workshops and runs outreach programs such as the running of “soup kitchens” where those in attendance are invited to participate in simulated drama activities.

COG Empowers You Disability Services works in collaboration with the other activities run by Friends of COG.  Individuals with disabilities who would like to use our services for a fee are provided individual tailored programs that enable them to thrive through drama and other enriching activities that are conducted by Friends of COG or other organisations.
